A small book called a "passport" is a parallel
world where every person can see mystical signs of events
in their life. A person has received a passport. And
an indifferent government official puts rigid stamps
in this passport as if in the destiny of a free person.
These elements of stereotypical thinking bottle the
person into the capsule of cold reason.
The artist suggests creating a model of a free person's
passport, where he/she could put stamps and signs him/herself,
according to the events of his/her life. For Smirnov
the number 48 is sacred. As of now there are 48 stamps
in the free painter's passport.
